Diana is a bid manager and writer with a successful results record in individual projects and major frameworks, for public and private sectors. This has been achieved by ensuring that responses provide clear value propositions and show customer empathy.
She has worked on public sector bids since 2005 and understands UK government agendas, procurement legislation and the key issues that affect buying decisions. On the private client side, she has tendered to secure business from property companies, funds and asset management clients.
Diana instigates risk management of the bid process and by working with teams on their pricing solution from early stages, pricing can be commercially considered on an informed basis.
In order to facilitate smooth and timely bid management she uses recognised project management methodologies and has received formal bid project management training from Shipley Associates. She has the experience and gravitas to keep bid team members on time and providing good quality input.
